The hot selection is rich and diverse, including assorted pastries, kebbe bil laban, chicken friki, sweet & sour chicken with vegetable noodles, and the traditional Warak Enab, Kousa, and Fawaregh. Guests will also enjoy lamb with oriental rice in chafing dishes, alongside a variety of grilled meats and vegetables. To finish, the dessert table overflows with Lebanese favorites such as Cheese Othmalieh, Um Ali, Halawet El Job, Halawet El Riz, Znoud El Sit, assorted mini cakes, and fresh fruit salad.
